26.20.049 Safety zone trespass.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) A person commits the offense of trespass in a safety zone when they fail to adhere to the requirements of Chapter 26.22 TC, Sex Offender Registration.
(2) The first three violations of this section are a Class C offense. The fourth and all subsequent violations are a Class D offense.
