26.20.046 Failure to register as a sex offender (added crime).

(1) A person commits the offense of failure to register as a sex offender if he or she fails to comply with the registration requirements of Chapter 26.22 CTC, Sex Offender Registration.
(2) Failure to register as a sex offender is a Class D offense.
