The duties of the Board shall include, but are not limited to:

(1) Being respectful to the members and their families and to work in conjunction and cooperation with the tribal council and all other administrators of the tribe.

(2) Answering all questions, put to them by the tribal council in a timely manner.

(3) Maintaining accurate records of CITHB activities and expenditures.

(4) Preparing a written summary report of CITHB activities and expenditures for review at quarterly tribal council meetings.

(5) Preparing a written annual summary report of CITHB activities for distribution to general council.

(6) Strictly following the rules, regulations and reporting requirements of the Department of Health and Human Services.
