This title was created to address the various administrative bodies the tribal council deems necessary to manage federal grants and contracts. Each of these said administrative bodies shall not only be subject to all the laws of the tribe as stated in the Cowlitz Tribal Code, but also be in compliance with all rules, regulations and reporting requirements of the supporting federal organization.
