A blank title was adopted July 15, 2000 by tribal council resolution. Chapters 22.01 through 22.05 and 22.99 were adopted on June 21, 2002 by tribal council resolution. On December 4, 2004 Title 22 Gaming was substituted for the existing Title 22 Gaming by tribal council resolution No. 04-45. 05-01. Tribal Council repealed the full text of Title 22 via resolution on September 22, 2021. Title 22 was an obsolete duplication of the Tribe’s separate “Gaming Ordinance”, which remains in effect. To eliminate uncertainty that had arisen about which documents were used to record the changes that the Cowlitz Tribal Council had enacted on September 22, 2021, Tribal Council enacted a resolution on October 1, 2022 to rescind and replace Title 22.
