Ballots for the Special Election must be accompanied by the text of the proposed amendment. In the event that a Special Election to Amend the Constitution or Bylaws does not exceed the mandatory two-thirds minimum to pass, then the amendments shall be deemed to have failed. [Res. 22-148, 2022.]
