Chapter 20.02 PURPOSE
This chapter is included in your selections.
(1) The purpose of this Code is to ensure that the Cowlitz Indian Tribe’s election procedures are:
(A) Consistent, fair and efficient, and conducted in accordance with the Cowlitz Indian Tribe’s Constitution and By-Laws.
