(1) Being respectful to the members and their families and to work in conjunction and cooperation with councils and all other administrators of the Tribe.

(2) Maintaining accurate records of committee activities and expenditures.

(3) Preparing written summary reports of department activities and expenditures for tribal council review.

(4) Preparing a written annual summary report of department activities for distribution to general council.

(5) Preparing a budget forecast for the department for the subsequent fiscal year.
