14.04.220 New technology and motor vehicles.

The use of any new hunting technology which may assist hunter success is lawful; Provided,
(1) Transporting a loaded weapon in a vehicle is prohibited.
(2) Shooting from a vehicle is prohibited.
(3) Using vehicles, boats, or air ships to frighten game animals is prohibited.
(4) Firing rifles along or across a paved road is prohibited.
