The CIT reserves all aboriginal rights to hunt within Cowlitz territory as its usual and accustomed hunting grounds, forever. The hunting right of the CIT is a collective right of the tribe, and therefore may be granted to individual members according to conditions set by the tribe. Individual members of the tribe have no reserved right to hunt as an individual in excess of tribal rules.
