“Raptors” means eagles, hawks, owls, ospreys, and ravens. Raptors shall not be taken for subsistence. Raptor feathers and body parts needed for ceremonial purposes may be obtained from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in compliance with USF&W rules (See www.permits/fws.gov for applications).
