The powers of the family welfare committee shall include, but are not limited to
(1) Conducting the daily activities of the family welfare department.
(2) Disbursing per budget the funds allotted to the family welfare department.
(3) Employing per budget a staff to assist them in executing the duties of the family welfare department.
