(1) Being respectful to the members and their families and to work in conjunction and cooperation with councils and all other administrators of the tribe.

(2) Maintain accurate records of the social services department’s activities and expenditures.

(3) Preparing a written summary report of the social services department’s activities and expenditures for review at quarterly tribal council meetings.

(4) Preparing a written annual summary report of the social services department’s activities for distribution to general council.

(5) Preparing a budget forecast for the social services department for the subsequent fiscal year.

(6) Answering all questions, put to them by the tribal council during quarterly meetings, in a timely manner.
