(1) Title 06 - Economic Development and Operations code and subsequent articles of incorporations and bylaws shall work with and be consistent with other applicable laws of the Tribe.

(2) If any provision of this Title has been found to be inconsistent or unlawful, then the remainder of this Title shall remain in full force and effect.
