(1) If after a hearing the Tribal Council or Court of Competent Jurisdiction determines that one or more grounds for dissolution exist, it may enter a decision of dissolving the non-profit corporation and specifying the effective date of the dissolution, and the Tribal Secretary shall deliver a certified copy of the decision to the Economic Development and Operations Director, who shall file it.

(2) After a finding and entering of the decision of dissolution, the Tribal Council shall direct the winding up and liquidation of the non-profit corporation’s business and affairs.
