(1) It is not necessary to make directors or members parties to a proceeding to dissolve a non- profit corporation unless relief is sought against them individually.

(2) The Tribal Council or Court of Competent Jurisdiction in a proceeding brought to dissolve a non-profit corporation may issue in junctions, appoint a receiver or custodian with all powers and duties the Tribal Council or Court of Competent Jurisdiction directs, take other action required to preserve the non-profit corporate assets wherever located, and carry on the business of the non-profit corporation until a full hearing can be held.

(3) A person who brings an involuntary dissolution proceeding for a public benefit corporation shall forthwith give written notice of the proceeding to the Economic Development and Operations Director, which may intervene.
