06.12.140 Limitations on use of Membership Lists.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Without consent of the Tribal Council, a membership list or any part thereof may not be obtained or used by any person for any purpose unrelated to a member’s interest as a member. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, without the consent of the board a membership list or any part thereof may not be:
(A) Used to solicit money or property.
(B) Used for any commercial purpose; or
(C) Sold to or purchased by any person.
(2) This section shall not be construed to limit the use of membership lists by authorized Tribal officials as described in this Title in the course of any official investigation of the operation of a non-profit corporation.
