(1) Each member shall have no more than one vote with respect to any matter he or she is entitled to vote upon according to the non-profit corporation’s bylaws or articles.

(2) Cumulative voting for directors shall not be allowed unless provided for in the non-profit corporation’s bylaws or articles.

(3) The bylaws or articles of a non-profit corporation may provide for any reasonable method to fill individual positions on its board of directors, including:

(A) Voting by all members;

(B) Voting among members living in a particular community;

(C) Voting among any other class of members;

(D) Appointment by the Tribal Council; and

(E) Voting methods which are recorded in the articles of incorporation and accepted by Tribal Council.
