(1) A non-profit corporation is not required to have members.

(2) A non-profit corporation may admit any person as a member as long as at least the majority of the members are members of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe. The articles or bylaws shall establish criteria or procedures for admission; provided, however, that no person shall be admitted as a member without his or her consent.

(3) Except as provided in its articles or bylaws, a non-profit corporation may admit members for no consideration or for such consideration as is determined by the board.
