(1) The name of any non-profit corporation shall contain one of the following words: “Association,” “Fund,” “Family,” “Society,” “Club,” “Charity,” “Foundation,” or “Non-profit Corporation.”

(2) No non-profit corporation(s) formed shall use any name which is the same as any other corporation formed pursuant to the sovereign powers of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe.
