06.11.010 Scope of Chapter.

Unless otherwise provided, the provisions of Chapter 06.11 apply to all non-profit corporations formed under the sovereign powers of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe which are wholly or majority controlled by the Cowlitz Indian Tribe.
