06.10.020 Articles of Dissolution.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) At any time after dissolution is authorized by Tribal Council, the corporation shall dissolve by delivering to the Economic Development and Operations Director for filing articles of dissolution setting forth:
(A) The name of the corporation;
(B) The date dissolution was authorized;
(2) A corporation is dissolved upon the effective date of its articles of dissolution.
