A blank title was adopted on July 15, 2000 by tribal council resolution. Chapters 02.01 through 02.05 and 02.99 were adopted on June 21, 2002 by tribal council resolution. Title 02 Land was revised and adopted on May 1, 2010 by Tribal Council motion to change Chapter 02.03 Land Department and to Land Board, and to change Chapter 02.04 Land Committee to Land Technical Workgroup and to change Chapter 02.05 (Parcel 1) to Land-Use Categories and to include Chapters 02.06 Land-Use Management, Chapter 02.07 Land Records and Chapter 02.08 Applicability of Other Tribal Policies.
