The Technical Workgroup shall be a function of Department/Program Head staff meetings which is presided over by the Chief Operating Officer. This forum shall be where inter- departmental/program collaboration can take place on land management concerns and assist to further develop recommendations to Tribal council. May include other Tribal members as appropriate.
