The twenty-five titles with chapters and sections designated as the “Cowlitz Tribal Code” and attested to by the tribal council of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe, are hereby enacted and designated as the “Cowlitz Tribal Code”. Said code is intended to embrace in a consolidated, codified form all the laws of the tribe of a general and permanent nature.
